The 9 Muses, the Goddesses that inspire literature, science and art, are the daughters of Zeus (The Father of the Gods) and Mnemosyne, Goddess of Memory. It wasn’t until this morning I understood why Zeus and Mnemosyne are their parents. Think about it for a second. I find this so beautiful.

twentiethstreetfilms asked: A quick, personal question for you: Do you think that worrying about what people think has any place in a creative person's life? I find myself caring so much that it affects what I do or don't do, from tattoos to telling my family I still plan on going to school when I have zero desire or need for it because I feel like it makes them happy.
